On August 15, 1983 the Sisters followed the prompting of the Holy Spirit by creating a sacred space for rest, renewal, and the cultivation of Benedictine values and practices: the Benedictine Center.
This year, on August 15, we honor the 40 years of mission and ministry of the Benedictine Center with a wine and cheese reception at the Monastery following evening prayer.
TUESDAY, AUGUST 15
- 5:00pm Evening Prayer with the Sisters (optional)
- 5:30pm Wine and Cheese Celebration begins
- 6:00pm Brief program honoring the Benedictine Center
- 6:20pm Celebration continues with an artists' reception from the current art exhibit honoring the 75th anniversary of St. Paul's Monastery
