Advent Retreat: A Morning of Hope and Waiting
Saturday, December 6 | 9:00–11:00 AM
Hill-Murray School - Chapel
New this year - the retreat will be held at the Chapel at Hill-Murray School!
Join St. Paul's Monastery at Hill-Murray School for a reflective Advent Retreat that invites you into the sacred rhythm of waiting and wonder. Rooted in Benedictine values, this morning retreat will offer quiet space to prepare your heart for the coming of Christ by exploring incarnational themes of hope, stillness, and expectation. In a season often filled with noise and hurry, come to slow down, breathe deeply, and reflect on the mystery of God-with-us.
Guided by a thoughtful retreat leader, Vic Klimoski, the morning will include prayer, silence, and insights from the Rule of St. Benedict that can shape how we live and wait with intention. Whether you are new to monastic spirituality or deeply rooted in contemplative practice, this retreat offers nourishment for your soul in the holy season of Advent.
All proceeds support the Benedictine Center’s ministry of spiritual formation and hospitality. Your presence is both a gift to yourself and to the wider community we serve.
In-Person at the Monastery $30
Virtual online (through Zoom) $15
Advance registration recommended.
Come, be still, and rediscover the hope that Advent promises.
