Planting Seeds of Gratitude. Celebrating the Gifts You Help Grow.
The Benedictine Sisters of St. Paul’s Monastery warmly invite you and a guest to an evening of gratitude and celebration at our Volunteer Appreciation Gathering on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, from 5:00–7:00pm at the Monastery. Will you join us? We hope so!
Your generosity of time, presence, and care is one of the great blessings of our community. Whether welcoming guests, supporting retreats, assisting in liturgy, caring for the grounds, or quietly helping behind the scenes, your service reflects the living spirit of the Benedictine way of life: hospitality, community, and faithful stewardship.
This year, our celebration is made even more meaningful as we join the spring Student Artists’ Reception from Hill-Murray School, whose students’ work will be then on display in the Monastery Art Gallery. Together we will celebrate the creativity of these young artists and the vibrant Mutual Blessings partnership shared between Hill-Murray School and St. Paul’s Monastery and Benedictine Center. The artwork of these Hill-Murray students offers a beautiful witness to how Benedictine values continue to inspire new generations.
The evening will unfold simply and joyfully:
- 5:00pm — Evening Prayer with the Sisters in the Chapel
- 5:30pm — Dinner and fellowship in gratitude for our volunteers
- 6:00pm — Hill-Murray Student Artists’ Reception in the Art Gallery
We would be honored to celebrate with you and to thank you in person for the many ways you help extend the Monastery’s mission into the world. Your gift of time, energy, skill, and passion bless us daily!
With gratitude for the gift of your service and friendship, we look forward to sharing this joyful evening together. It is always a blessing when we gather together at the Monastery! The Sisters (and all of us!) look forward to celebrating with you.

The Hill-Murray Student Art exhibit is on display April 10-May 29. Even if you cannot attend this reception, we hope you’ll join us for prayer again soon and view this powerful exhibit.
